Issue fixed.

The cause of the problem was an iptables rule. Richard recently upgraded 
to our security package from the old Nuonce package. There was still a 
remnant of the old NuOnce package that did not correctly uninstall that 
caused some really weird iptables rules.

Sorry to all and sundry for the false alarm!
