I have some questions about the right procedures to follow when  
writing extensions for BlueQuartz/Onyx specifically on the part about  
modifying base files. Should I be directing questions like this to  
this list, or is there a specific list for package development? (or  
should we have one?) I'm thinking of a place where the development  
community could share ideas without cluttering up the users list.
