I get the following error on a BQ server when attempting to execute a 
contact form (frontpage)
The log shows.

[Tue Mar 17 09:32:34 2009] [error] [client 76.107.5.243] (13)Permission 
denied: unable to connect to cgi daemon after multiple tries: 
/usr/local/frontpage/version5.0/apache-fp/_vti_bin/fpexe, referer: 
http://www.emsolllc.com/contact.htm


[root@fsn3 ~]# ls 
/usr/local/frontpage/version5.0/apache-fp/_vti_bin/fpexe -l
