Hi Wong.
Yes, sadly Nuonce have left the industry, but I do have some good news
for you. Compass Networks have offered to support BlueQuartz and
BlueOnyx users. We can help in the following ways:
1. Firstly, you can now obtain support for NuOnce packages via
http://support.compassnetworks.com.au/
2. You can obtain updates to the latest NuOnce release of any packages
you currently own at no charge. For details on how to get updates that
you may be entitled to, go to
http://www.compassnetworks.com.au/index.php?page=intro
3. There have been lots of updates to the GPL code that was the
foundation of many NuOnce packages. We are now offering replacement
packages that contain bugfixes and security patches for many of the old
NuOnce products. Check our our website
http://www.compassnetworks.com.au/ for more information.
4. We are also offering free packages for Blue* users. Currently we have
a SSH brute force blocking package available, with more free packages to
come. The next one that will come (real soon now) is a packaged version
of dfix. These packages are distributed via our enhanced BlueLinq that
we call "newlinq". Go to
http://www.compassnetworks.com.au/index.php?page=newlinq for
instructions on how to register for these free packages.
Anyway, I hope that helps put you at ease with regard to the departure
of NuOnce from the industry. Please dont hesitate to contact us if you
require further information.
