You might try removing repos from /etc/yum.repos.d

Mine currently reads;
# ls /etc/yum.repos.d
BlueQuartz-Base.repo  CentOS-Base.repo  CentOS-Base.repo.rpmnew 
CentOS-Media.repo  CentOS-Media.repo.rpmnew  NuOnce.repo

So just maybe removing BlueQuartz-Base.repo and give it a try!!!
