You might try removing repos from /etc/yum.repos.d
Mine currently reads;
# ls /etc/yum.repos.d
BlueQuartz-Base.repo CentOS-Base.repo CentOS-Base.repo.rpmnew
CentOS-Media.repo CentOS-Media.repo.rpmnew NuOnce.repo
So just maybe removing BlueQuartz-Base.repo and give it a try!!!
