restart cced and admserv didn't work
reboot did work

GUI Yum-Update seems to be working.
GUI Yum setting now works.

Small BUG...
If TAB to 'Logs' or 'Settings'...
then TAB back to 'Available Updates'
'Check for Updates' button is missing.
Now click 'Yum Updater' on Menu, and 'Check for Updates' is again visible.
