It's not really. Apparently there was a push to have a manual with  
lots of examples (and quizzes) for developers to get familiar with  
Sausalito. The chapter that I have is very enlightening, but  
apparently Sun never released the document after the cobalt site was  
removed.

I'm just dipping my toes into this stuff. I've got a pretty good idea  
of what would need to change to allow administrators to specify a  
required username prefix which I'm just dying to have. It'd be so much  
easier to tell customers "if you want a specific mailing address, put  
it in your aliases, but your username is DOMAIN2469" and have that be  
consistent. I can't tell you how many times I've had to explain why  
the username "info" has already been taken and then how to use aliases  
to fix it...
