There is not such a tool or automated process that I'm aware of.

Cpanel... ugh.  We dumped that years ago.   If there is some feature 
that BQ is missing (and BX does not include) you might consider Plesk. 
We also offer that and there *is* a migration tool available for that. 
Something to think about.  Hit me up off-list if you have more specific 
questions that may get OT for the list.
