This is not the FORUM for this discussion. This is the Blue Quartz mailing
list and at this point you have gotten off the topic of Blue Quartz and on
an ongoing topic of Copyright.

If anyone is confused I suggest they go hire a lawyer and discuss any
copyright issues that have with him/her.

I suggest everyone get back on the topic of Blue Quartz.

You may feel you don't need any explanation, but others might. Just because
I'm trying to be helpful does not mean you need to flame me.
What may be urban legend to you may not be to others. Personally anyone who
creates any type of works today is a total idiot if they don't register a
copyright, trademark or service mark.
