Who said I'm giving legal advice. I'm stating fact that others are confused
over.
You may feel you don't need any explanation, but others might. Just because
I'm trying to be helpful does not mean you need to flame me.
What may be urban legend to you may not be to others. Personally anyone who
creates any type of works today is a total idiot if they don't register a
copyright, trademark or service mark.
I'm sorry Mr DAN, I'm silent. Go kiss yourself!

> You should stop giving legal advice. You can mail yourself an empty
envelope and seal anything in it at any time. That advice is an urban
legend.
