I have been one of Brian's customers for a number of years. After he
ceased trading, we had some discussions about a number of matters.
In summary.... Brian has left the BQ scene. From our discussions, I dont
think he will be returning in the foreseeable future.
We have discussed the sale of his build scripts and customer base etc.
In the end, Brian has decided not to sell his company. I understand and
respect his reasons for this decision.
In our most recent discussion, I we covered the following:
* I am providing the most recent updates to all former customers
(even if they dont hold a current support agreement).
* I am providing support to his existing customers if they hold a
support agreement.
* I have created new application modules that will be
upgrade-compatible with Brian's previous products. These new
modules will be made available to anyone with an existing support
agreement at no cost.
The only thing holding me back at the moment is enough time in the day.
I am trying to balance tasks like module development, setting up an
online shopfront for new sales, working on our equivalent of a "pickup
depot", and so on.
We have started shipping the most recent nuonce released updates to
former NuOnce customers. Some of the newer "compass" packages are ready
to go, and they'll be available in the Compass "pickup depot" in the
next week. Anyone who holds a support agreement who would be interested
in doing some testing before the new applications are available for
general distribution should contact me at

Greg Kuhnert.
