I would have a concern with splitting hairs on this.

Although legally you might not get punished for sharing the work, that 
doesn't necessarily make it the right thing to do.

That's a decision that, ultimately, everybody comes to make on their 
own.   Personally, I would not be in favor of distributing somebody 
else's work without their permission.
