I've just installed 2 x BQ servers for a client.
I've got my existing PKGs on this platform and my client still uses
MSDOS on
some of his applications because its fast and it still does the job !!!

I'm trying to consider what the best way of mirroring the one system
on the other
so that if there is a protracted downtime, I can switch pretty fast to
the other.

My initial thoughts is to load the servers up with the same vsites and
users etc
but have the DNS elsewhere. (I've got enough servers to have 2
different sets of entries)

Maybe then, if the proverbial brown stuff hits the fan, then i just
have to change NS entries
at the registrar for the domains.

Unless someone has a much cleverer idea ... Please

Blessings

Leonard ..... who's client still has a blue washing machine !!!
