Yes, What I did was create a /webmail alias on the server that pointed to a 
page that had links to Squirrelmail, OpenWebmail, and Roundcube.

Just edit the /etc/httpd/conf.d/openwebmail.conf or applicable file and change 
the alias path to something else. then restart httpd.

The only issue I would foresee is if someone signed in with the same account to 
two different clients. I don't know what effect that would have.
