Oops.  You want /boot/grub and /boot/lost+found.  I'm not sure how to 
reinstall /boot/grub as it's your boot loader and I'm sure I don't 
understand exactly how it works.  (I suspect you run grub-install, but 
it's not something I've had to do.)
