When you look at the repositories that are queried during the YUM update, then
the BlueQuartz YUM repository doesn't show up.
Could it be that you have it (temporarily?) disabled?
Check if you have a /etc/yum.repos.d/BlueQuartz-Base.repo and if it's there,
look inside it.
It should look roughly like this:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[BlueQuartz]
name=BlueQuartz 5100R on CentOS4 - $basearch
#baseurl=http://bluequartz.org/pub/BlueQuartz/5100R/CentOS4/bluequartz/$basearch/
mirrorlist=http://bluequartz.org/mirror.php?release=$releasever&arch=$basearch
gpgcheck=1
enabled=1
[BlueQuartz-testing]
name=BlueQuartz 5100R on CentOS4 - $basearch - Unreleased Updates
#baseurl=http://bluequartz.org/pub/BlueQuartz/5100R/CentOS4/testing/$basearch/
mirrorlist=http://bluequartz.org/mirror.php?release=$releasever&arch=$basearch&testing=testing
gpgcheck=1
enabled=0
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Make sure that the first repository listed there (the one with [BlueQuartz])
has the switch "enabled=1".
It's probably set to 0.
