Since last yum update I have been getting a kernal panic at reboot or 
shutdown.
The only way to get it restart is hard crash.

Error say:
<0> Fatal execption: panic in 5 seconds
Kernal panic - not syncing: Fatal execption

Anyone get any ideas or thoughts?
 runnning 2.6.9-78.0.5.EL
