Ken,
I think what you (and periodically us, and periodically others) are 
seeing is some sort of repeated failure at the BQ server.   It is 
unfortunate, but I'm not sure what can be done other than wait a few 
days for the respective maintainers of that system to fix.

It is strange that some of the longest-running posters on this list are 
encountering the issue!
