Looks like trouble w/ the BQ server again.

Feel free to use our mirror if you like. Just update your 
/etc/yum.repos.d/BlueQuartz-Base.repo file to use this in your 
BlueQuartz section:
baseurl=http://bluequartz.virtbiz.com/BlueQuartz/5100R/CentOS4/bluequartz/$basearch/
