Sho,
There are ways to port BQ to CentOS5, and the next generation of BQ is 
going to be set up for that.

But for the sake of stability and compatibility, you probably want to 
stick with a standard install.   That is why we offer the 
CentOS/BlueQuartz install from NuOnce on all of our dedicated servers. 
We feel that is the most reliable option.  Of course, we also offer 
CentOS5 and a customer would of course have the option of installing 
anything (ie: control panel such as BlueQuartz) on top of that.
