Whenever I try and make changes on the BQ to a sites WEB settings I get the 
error:

Sorry, the data entered in the field speed is invalid. Please check your 
input and try again.

This is plain BQ 4.8 install using NUONCE.NET installer and all the current 
yum updates applied.. The changes take affect but is annoying to see the 
error.
