Hi Maurice,

I updated one of my servers today and rebooted the system.

It hangs on the ip_conntrack line for about 30 minutes before it continues
to boot. This was the symptom I was having with kernel-2.6.9-78.0.1.E.

So, it would seem that the new kernel (kernel-2.6.9-78.0.5.EL) has the same
problem.

Hi list,

With kernel kernel-2.6.9-78.0.1.E there were some troubles in combination
with iptables. Currently kernel-2.6.9-78.0.5.EL is available through yum.

Has the issue been resolved in that version of the kernel?

Thank you,
