NFS is a bit unforgiving if the remote server (from which you mounted a share) 
reboots or suddenly becomes unavailable.

Perhaps it may be necessary to reboot the BlueQuartz as well to fix the issue. 
Once it has finished rebooting, try to mount the share again.
