The chip with the label in the picture, would be in a socket; And the
label will not be visible.

AFAIK, only RaQ3i would have a ROM socket, these were built as
development machines in the early days of the RaQ3.
As the Motherboard is the same in RaQ3/4's (except for the processor),
there was never a requirement to install the socket on RaQ4's.
