I changed our servers to use;
[root (at mark) cbqr ~]# cat /etc/yum*/BlueQuartz-Base.repo

baseurl=http://bluequartz.org/pub/BlueQuartz/5100R/CentOS4/bluequartz/$b

http://bqrepository.virtbiz.com/BlueQuartz/5100R/CentOS4/bluequartz/$bas
earch/
gpgcheck=1

#[BlueQuartz-testing]
#name=BlueQuartz 5100R on CentOS4 - $basearch - Unreleased Updates
#baseurl=http://bluequartz.org/pub/BlueQuartz/5100R/CentOS4/testing/$bas
earch/
#gpgcheck=1

And have had no problems.
