Hi Steffan,

I changed network topology, I forgot to add entry
for rsync NAT rule.
I added the rule to access via rsync to BlueQuartz.org.

Please try again.

BTW, we will stop the anonymous rsync service in near
feature, when we will provide official mirror site.
I will announce with our preparation.
