After a bit of further contemplation I added it to base-raid nonetheless 
instead of base-bluequartz. If there are indeed systems without base-raid, 
then these users either need to know what they're doing, or don't need 
anything related to software RAID. And for us as developers it's better to 
have everything related to RAID in the same module. Makes maintenance and 
code updates a bit easier.
