I'm about to remove the 6000 + posts from my local email client since I 
have discovered:

I've kept them for reference since there's a lot of good knowledge in 
there for us amateurs.  I would be a little more comfortable if I knew 
the archives on the official site worked:
http://bluequartz.org/ml/search/

but I get a blank page when going there. Is that working for others or 
is it down at the moment?
