I tried to create a new user today and got the following error message:

"Sorry, an error occurred while trying to create an email server map file.
If mail server configuration files were removed or manually modified, please
restore the original versions and try again."

I located some discussion about this on the NuOnce site:

http://www.nuonce.net/support/viewthread.php?tid=1011

None of the fixes discussed there worked. I was trying to create a new user
with the "Disable email" box clicked. Tailing the messages log produced:

Sep 9 11:54:12 www cced(smd)[27188]: handler
handlers/base/email/mapmaker.pl failed
Sep 9 11:54:12 www cced(smd)[27188]: client
5:handlers/base/user/reserve_email.pl: CREATE failed
Sep 9 11:54:12 www cced(smd)[27188]: handler
handlers/base/user/reserve_email.pl failed
Sep 9 11:54:14 www cced(smd)[27188]: client 5:[48:8305]: CREATE failed

When I unclicked the box for disabling the email, the user was created
normally, and I was able to go into the account and disable email that way
without a problem. Apparently it is choking on disabling the email out of
the gate.
