Thanks for all your help.

I put the proftp in standalone mode an it start to work.

Are there any reasons why I should not keep the server in standalone mode?

Did you enable FTP in your GUI interface?  You might need to do this, and
also, attempts in the GUI panel to stop/start and see what happen.
