Start by checking someone elses DNS server to see what the world thinks your 
MX record is.

http://network-tools.com/

Make sure it looks as you expect it to be.

Grep your maillog and see if you see any instances of servers sending to 
your box for the domain that is having an issue.

Also might restart sendmail as well if you are getting looping errors as I 
have boxes that when you add a site you must restart sendmail to get 
sendmail to recognize the new domain.

You can send me private details of a domain that is not working and I would 
be glad to help out in diagnosing your issue.
