On one site, I had set the allowed disk space to 4,000. I got two emails from the server:
"Active Monitor has detected recent changes in the state of your server appliance.
For more details, please see the Active Monitor section of the Server Desktop.

Summary of changes:

* Disk usage is normal."
I looked through the site list and it showed the site that was set to 4,000 as using 1994.83KB with allowed space of 2,000KB. The site settings correctly showed 4,000. This is the second time that setting has been lost. I changed it to 5,000 and under active monitor it once again shows the correct setting of 5,000. 

Any ideas why that information would be lost from whatever database it's stored in?
