Richard,

First try restarting sendmail from the commandline.
There is a bug in BQ that surfaces when you add additional domains to an
existing vhost.

Somehow sendmail is not restarted then. Manually restarting it will fix this.
If it does not, please have a look at the dns of the domain. If it contains
cnames, I am fairly sure they are causing this problem.
