Doug,

The only packages I've used are Optigold ISP 
(http://www.digitalpoint.com/products/isp/) and Freeside 
(http://www.freeside.biz/freeside/).

There's a comparison chart on the Optigold web site that mentions a

I've done a small amount of development work on Freeside, which is open 
source, so I'm not entirely unbiased.
