Anyone know what would generate this in the access error_log?

[Thu Jun 05 11:38:19 2008] [error] [client 66.182.222.13] Premature end of
script headers: cgiwrap, referer:
http://127.0.0.1:4664/preview?event_id=158490&schema_id=2&q=canada&s=000000000000000000000000000

Checking /var/log/httpd/access_log there are no entries at all for
66.182.222.13 or DSL10-13.1scom.net. So, what was 66.182.222.13 hitting to
generate that error? None of my sites in the virtual site list have Preview
Site Configuration checked.
