this is what i have in my DNS settings:
 
refresh:    3600
retry:       3600
expire:    1209600
TTL:        3600
 
all in seconds

What's the usual TTL people use for domains?  I think ours has been 24
hours, but not sure if it's  more common to use a higher value, or even a
bit lower.  I have to go and clean up our DNS somewhat and wanted to set all
the TTLs to be consistent and wasn't sure if there was a recommended value
for it.  Thanks!
