Hi all,
I'm wondering what's the best practice for managing the DNS service
on BlueQuartz machines, specifically what the recommended TTL is and
how you manage the primary/secondary DNS entries for each SOA. I had
to write a script to 'fix' our SOA records since we weren't modifying
them after creation to specify a primary and secondary dns server,
which would end up just defaulting to the machine it's on, not
including any of our other DNS servers.

How do people handle this, do you always manually specify? It seems
like the DNS GUI could use some added default settings for the SOA
records which includes the default primary/secondary DNS would be
beneficial.

Any insight would be beneficial as we're cleaning up our DNS server
setup. Thanks!
