Userweb disabled by default (for new sites) is no problem. It just requires 
one minor change in a Schema file. I'll commit that change.

As for FTP login to the webroot instead of the userspace: This requires some 
extra logic in the scripts and handlers, but it's rather trivial. I'll give 
it a look over, too.
