Try moving, in case you want to re-enable;
   mv /etc/cron.daily/00webalizer /root
moves it to /root and if you want to put it back;
  mv /root/00webalizer /etc/cron.daily/

that should disable it:
We have done this on our servers, just NOW ;)
easy fix....
