This error appears to do with the version of the NuOnce backup GUI.
I have a server running with an older version that does not give the
error;

I fixed the error on a newer version by editing.
/home/nuonce/backup/raqbackup.sh
changing the WORKDIR
# WORKDIR="/home/nuonce/backup/system_backup"
WORKDIR="/home/nuonce/backup/system_backup/data"

This caused the 'ERROR(s)' in the backup message....
