We need to keep the "community".   If you are really stuck, there are 
plenty of commercial service providers who can assist you in a pinch. 
Or of course if you have an ISP that is leasing the server to you, you 
may have support options there as well.   If you don't have support from 
an ISP or upstream provider, and you aren't able to pay for your 
support, then you must be a hobbyist, in which case a brief delay 
shouldn't kill you.
