I appreciate the good intention in setting up a Yahoo group but
fragmentation would be very bad for a small group like this.

I would also submit that if you need help quicker than one hour you probably
should be paying a consultant rather than expecting the list to save the
day.  An hour seems totally reasonable to me for a list like this.
