Hi,
I asked Hisao and we are going to accelerate it.
. maybe 1 hour or around is proper delay for traffic
and speed balancing.
. Hisao is going to replace MTA from sendmail to
postfix to enable an easy speed control.
(I did the same thing for Cobalt Users Group list
several years ago for the same delay issue.)
. Therefore, please wait until his installation will
be finished.
