Hi Blues,

The list server is driven by Shibuya-san (Hisao) now.

I know some people prefer so fast distribution always but sometimes
it also brings too short Q&A (ping-pong) a lot. And sometime it helps
to burn flames too. (at least in my experience of Cobalt Users Group
mailing list management.)

So it is controversial for list managers, including me.

# But even so, 4 or 5 hours is too slow, I know. :-)

I will ask this issue to Hisao, just a moment....
