When you boot the BQ CD is there an option to insert different CD/floppy for
additional driver before installation?  Usually, Linux installation allows you
to insert another CD/floppy for drivers, etc.  I installed mine via serial port
and not paying close attention to options.  Furthermore, I think if you're on a
hardware RAID, you simply install it as a "single drive" as your hardware RAID
handles the rest.

All else fails, you might want to install CentOS 4/5 onto your RAID, and then
install BQ afterwards.  There's a post recently regarding running 64-bit CentOS
and installing BQ from Jerome and contains good information.
