The directory is CHMOD 775
drwxrwsr-x   7 site3admin  site3   4096 Jan 30 05:27 cgi-bin


The script is CHMOD 755

I'm not sure how to do that and how to undo it if it doesn't work.
I would think I should be able to specify the ScriptAlias in the
/etc/httpd/conf/vhost/site## file or maybe even the site##.include file.
