Because user (at mark) www.domain.tld is the default setup. user (at mark) domain.tld is the
result of an email server alias. Tell your users to go into OpenWebmail and
select "Prefs" from the toolbar, then select an appropriate From: email
address from the "From" dropdown. If the email address they prefer is not
visible, tell them to click the icon to the right of the From: dropdown box
and add a new one as user (at mark) domain.tld and save it, then select it from the
dropdown and save the preferences to be their new defaults.
