In addition, there is an implementation, with web GUI, built into the 
Smoothwall Express opensource router/firewall.

We used the Squid implementation with the previous Smoothwall release 
when our office was on T1 and it worked very well.   Now that our office 
hangs off a VLAN on our GigE circuits, there's little point in caching 
web traffic for 9 users...
