FWIW... Geographically located in Dallas, Texas, USA.  Central to both 
coasts of the US, and we also feature relatively good peering to Europe 
& Asia.

Transfer rate from bluequartz.org does not seem to be very fast - 
perhaps the mirrors will help improve YUM response for many.
