Hi,

Recently, ftp uploads to our servers have been failing. 

User logs in, But when the FTP client sends the PASV command,
The socket connection fails and the users receive an Error.

We solved this by avoiding the passive option...

We would like to ask if this sounds like an ISP port blockage, or a server
firewall issue.

The disadvantage (apart from disabling passive)

Is that using the port command, Connections timeout so users who leave ftp
clients with big transfers time out.
